Photographing Your Work

25 July 2015 / 10-1

For CG Associates members only

Having high quality photographs of your work, whether in the studio or in the gallery, is essential for artists. This session will cover basic dos and don’ts of photographing work and an introduction to the post-production manipulation of images using easily available software. Participants will then be able to practice by photographing the current work on display in the gallery and/or their own objects, and get feedback on their photos.

Jules Lister is a photographer and filmmaker specialising in exhibition documentation, live art performances and events. He has worked extensively for organisations such as Bloc Projects, S1, Site Gallery and the Tetley. http://juleslister.co.uk/
