With a curatorial approach to brand building and culture, Gemma Redgrave is an award-winning Global Head of Marketing, recognised for strategies that deliver creative impact and commercial growth across the creative sector and professional services.

An arts graduate, Gemma began her career in education within the public sector before becoming an Arts Council Artistic Quality Assessor, shaping her belief in creativity as a driver of cultural and social progress. Over the past decade, she has led international marketing teams and campaigns noted for their clarity and ability to grow audiences at scale. She also lectures in Marketing at the London College of Fashion and the University of Bath, and her work has been recognised by Oxford Brookes Business School, the Webby Awards and FWA.

Alongside her corporate career, Gemma is committed to the arts and heritage. She serves as a Trustee of Castlefield Gallery, a contemporary art and artist development organisation, championing access to culture and the creative industries. She also volunteers as a tour guide at The British Museum, reflecting her passion for storytelling and for making culture and creativity accessible to diverse audiences.
