Castlefield Gallery is looking to recruit a part time Office and Facilities Co-ordinator

Castlefield Gallery is recruiting for a part time Office and Facilities Co-ordinator, to ensure the smooth running of its core business processes.

This role has a wide remit covering key office functions including financial management, book keeping, HR administration, supplier management, general office and venue management. The job is 16 hours per week which can be split over a number of regular days.

Castlefield Gallery is a non-profit organisation specialising in developing artists and engaging audiences with contemporary art. Based in central Manchester, its programmes have included subsequent Turner Prize nominees/winners and major commission-winning artists.

Castlefield Gallery’s vision is for the North to be a place where artists can live and produce work, while presenting their work in national and international contexts. Its mission is to nurture talent, explore cultural trends and deepen the audience’s relationship to contemporary art.

We are looking for someone with the right skills and enthusiasm to help us manage a small but significant arts organisation that has successfully operated since 1984.
