Rogue Project Space Talk

9 April 2013 / 18:30

CG Associates Members only

Taneesha Ahmed and Annie Carpenter, artist/curators of Rogue Project Space, talk  about their current exhibition Orreries, their curatorial programme as a whole and how CG Associates can get involved with the Project Space. Antony Hall from Godlee Observatory, one of the exhibiting artists, will also be there to talk about his work and experience with the Project Space.

Orreries features work by Dave Griffiths, Antony Hall and Tom Railton shown alongside, and as a response to, archival material from Manchester Astronomical Society. Ahmed and Carpenter’s programme for 2013, ‘Free Failing’, is a series of exhibitions as artworks that explore the themes of trying, failing, collaboration, and performance. They hope to provide emerging artists with a platform to play and experiment, without the emphasis on a slick exhibition resolve.
