EXHIBITION

Karin Kihlberg & Reuben Henry

Friday, August 24, 2007 to Sunday, September 30, 2007

Castlefield Gallery presents Karin Kihlberg & Reuben Henry’s first collaborative solo show in the UK. The exhibition will include work produced between 2003 and 2007 mainly from the artists joint practice and also a new piece that will be filmed as part of a live performance in the gallery space.

This new piece characterises much of the way that Kihlberg and Henry work. The performances and processes are developed with built-in mechanisms for recording the event and re-presenting it at a later date. The re-presentation of their work is a central thread which runs through much of the work in the show, and several pieces will be exhibited for the first time in this format.
